-Due to our small-scale property, we are unable to confirm any bookings until payment of the required deposit has been received.
-All rates are Nett & quoted in Thai baht.
-Rates are not inclusive of breakfast except in VIP room type (Room + 2 ABF)
- All children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cot is not available.
-To ensure the comfort, security and satisfaction of our guests, pets are not allowed.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
-Please make any cancellation or amendment notification at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, guest will receive a 50% of deposit amount.
A full stay or entire reservation will be charged for no-show or for notification made less than 48 hours prior to arrival. |
